Breaking free from digital addiction has been a long journey for me. Growing up in a world that didn’t understand the pull of technology, I often used games and the internet to escape feelings of inadequacy. As a high-achieving professional, this habit followed me into adulthood and started affecting my work and relationships. It wasn’t easy, but I eventually found a way to regain control over my time and break the cycle.
As a therapist, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients struggling with the same challenges—feeling trapped by endless scrolling, gaming, or internet use, and the guilt that comes with it. Through my own journey and the work I’ve done with others, I’ve learned that overcoming digital addiction is not only possible—it’s life-changing.
